HandCash Rules and Terms of Service

This Rules and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and HandCash (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • HandCash Service: The digital wallet service provided through the Company's website, mobile applications, and other platforms.
  • HandCash Account: The personal account registered by the user to access the services.
  • User: Any individual who registers for and uses a HandCash Account.
  • Digital Assets: Cryptocurrencies, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), and other blockchain-based assets supported on our platform.
  • Transaction: Any activity related to sending, receiving, purchasing, or selling Digital Assets.

2. Nature and Scope of Services

HandCash is a digital wallet service provider. Through our services, users can store, manage, and transact with Digital Assets. Our services include:

  • 2.1. Creating and managing a personal HandCash Account.
  • 2.2. Transacting Digital Assets with other users or supported platforms.
  • 2.3. Connecting a HandCash Account with third-party applications, websites, or games to purchase, sell, or earn Digital Assets.

3. User Account and Eligibility

  • 3.1. Registration: To use the services, you must create a HandCash Account. All information provided during registration (e.g., name, email) must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you provide false or incomplete information.
  • 3.2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and other security information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • 3.3. Eligibility: To use this service, you must be of legal adult age in your country and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

  • 4.1. General Responsibilities:
  • a) You will always comply with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws.
  • b) You will not engage in any activity that could harm the Company's reputation or services.
  • 4.2. Prohibited Activities: You may not use the HandCash service for any of the following activities:
  • a) Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
  • b) Fraud, forgery, or any other criminal act.
  • c) Interfering with or attempting to damage the Company's network, servers, or infrastructure.
  • d) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

5. Data and Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 6.1. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not provide any warranty regarding the uninterruptedness, security, or error-free nature of the service.
  • 6.2. The market for Digital Assets is highly volatile. The Company will not be liable for any financial loss you may incur due to the decrease or increase in the value of Digital Assets.
  • 6.3. The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from your own mistakes (e.g., transacting to a wrong address, losing your password) or the actions of any third party.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

HandCash reserves the full right to suspend or permanently terminate your account or services, without prior notice, for any violation of this Agreement or for any other reasonable cause.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the terms of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. The revised terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website or application. By continuing to use the service, you are deemed to have consented to the revised terms.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where the HandCash service-providing entity is registered. In the event of any dispute related to this Agreement, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution amicably through discussion.
